3.1 General Terms and Membership Application Distinction:

These Terms and Conditions govern your access and interaction with this website. They do not constitute a submission of a Private Membership Application/Contract to become a private Member of Inner Flame Ministries PMA. To apply for membership, you must complete the Private Membership Application under the "Become a Member" tab in the website menu. Membership must be formally initiated and accepted separately to access Members-only resources, services, and benefits.

3.2 Access to Plant Medicine Products and Education:

To access plant medicine products and/or education provided by Inner Flame Ministries PMA, Members must:

Be at least 21 years old.
Complete and submit a Membership Application with valid age verification.
Log into their verified Member account to purchase products, purchase/register for classes, and/or access plant medicine-related educational content/products.

3.3 Age Verification for Public Plant Medicine Educational Pages:

Visitors accessing public plant medicine educational pages will encounter a pop-up prompt requiring them to confirm, "Are you 21 years or older?" By clicking "Yes" and proceeding, visitors agree and affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years. This agreement serves as legally binding proof of age.

Visitors under 21 years old are strictly prohibited from falsely agreeing to view such content.
Visitors under 21 must have a parent or legal guardian create a verified Member account to access plant medicine information. The parent or guardian may review all educational materials and determine what information, if any, to share with their child for spiritual education. Inner Flame Ministries PMA is not responsible for such parental decisions or disclosures.

All names, logos, symbols, content, and other identifiers, including but not limited to “Inner Flame Ministries” and “Church of Chronic,” are protected under Common Law Trademark and Copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:

5.1 Private Dispute Resolution:

All disputes arising from the use of this website must be resolved through the tribunals and ecclesiastical courts of Inner Flame Ministries PMA, in accordance with the PMA's governing principles and documents. Any disputes, issues, or grievances must be brought to the attention of a Founding Director, or a Director-appointed Minister, within three (3) days of the occurrence. Failure to report the grievance within this timeframe may forfeit the user's right to dispute resolution within the PMA's private framework.

5.2 Exclusion of Public Jurisdiction:

As a private entity, the PMA operates outside of public corporate jurisdiction. Any claims or grievances will be addressed privately within the framework established by the PMA and will not be subject to public or statutory systems of law.
